Greetings Colleagues,I'm writing today with two pieces of information.First, I'd like to provide you with some information about how you will see the effects of the newly ratified CBA in your November 10th paychecks. The new CBA provides for a 3% compensation increase for all faculty. This increase will be reflected in this week's paycheck in three ways: 1. This morning, Matt Roelofs (Chair of the UFWW Bargaining Team) and I visited the Board of Trustees meeting, where the Board voted to ratify the agreement as well.
