I hope this email finds you well! I’m writing with a few quick reminders about our upcoming elections and Annual Meeting.

First, I’d like to remind you about our upcoming Annual Meeting which will occur on Friday, May 20^th at 9:30am on Zoom. You will be able to access the meeting using this link, which I will resend next week ahead of the meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88558239671?pwd=-32jJLVF222jYcKuX30U2QK0SBWs_9.1. If it requests a password, it is UFWW. 

As a reminder, nominations are currently open for the following positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, At-Large. All faculty who are members of UFWW are welcome to nominate themselves or another member for an open position. Nominations can be sent to one or all members of the Elections Committee, Josh Cerretti (joshinformant@PROTECTED), Nini Hayes (nini.hayes@PROTECTED), Lysa Rivera (softmachine@PROTECTED), or Jeff Young (jyoung757@PROTECTED). Nominations will be open until the end of our Annual Meeting on the morning of May 20^th and ballots will follow.

Lastly, please mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 1^st from 11am to 1pm when we’ll be hosting a UFWW Member Appreciation Day. More details to follow.
