A few moments ago we updated the digest of the CBA to correct a typo in the section on compression and equity adjustments.
22.2 Compression and Equity Adjustments
UFWW and WWU have agreed to modify the compression and equity formula described in Appendix E to account for the high cost of living in Bellingham. Previously the target salary was calculated as 1.06% 106% of a faculty member’s CUPA (College and University Professional Association) disciplinary peer average adjusted for rank and time in service. The formula in the tentative agreement raises this target salary to 1.10% 110% of the CUPA peer.
