Many faculty have expressed concerns about the multiple ongoing changes to the Fall reopening plan and schedule.  UFWW writes to remind its members that they have rights under the CBA and state and federal law that cannot be ignored. We encourage you to contact your steward or UFWW execs if you need support or advocacy in this process. The return to campus raises a number of safety concerns for faculty and UFWW is in the process of bargaining the impact of the mandate on faculty working conditions.
