On March 25th and 26th the faculty and administration bargaining teams met for a third time with a state-assigned mediator in an effort to reach a contract agreement. We have now committed a total of six full days to mediation.
For the first time some measurable progress was made. However, several major issues remain unresolved. Two more days of mediation have been scheduled for April 15th and 16th.
