Faculty Picket Board of Trustees
More than 150 Western faculty members picketed and attended the April 4 WWU Board of Trustees meeting. United Faculty of Western Washington Vice President Kristi Lemm called on the Board to offer faculty a fair contract settlement that addresses key concerns, including compensation, union rights and workload (see text). "We're glad you're here. We hear you," Board President Kevin Raymond told faculty.
